Submit a bottle bug

When I submit a bottle the normal "Success" page doesn't load - instead the blank form appears.  Is this meant to happen or is it just me?

Thanks

No, I had that happen a few times as well. No idea what the trigger is though (to replicate/debug), so I didn't flag it...

This bug seems to be playing up again - several times today I have sent bottles and don't know whether they have been properly received or disappeared into the ether!

This is a browser issue.
Recently I have put a few bottles on but every time I used Microsoft Edge with Windows 10 it just went back to the blank page when I submitted it.
If I put the same information on with Google Chrome or Internet Explorer the forms were submitted without issue.

Is there a minimum requirement for the forms because I have also had a few refused but then put more info on and they were ok? Saying that this was also in conjunction with changing browsers, hence why that is the probable problem.

I'm not sure if it's a bug but some distilleries don't come up when submitting a bottle - Milk and Honey seems to be absent when you search using "Milk", "Honey" or "The Milk" using the first drop down box.

I just tried to submit a bottle (2 different browsers) from PM Spirits as the Bottler, and each time it gives me the error "Bottler Field cannot be empty." IT ISN'T!!

That is because this bottler is not yet in our database. We have to add it first before you can choose it from the list. It should work now.

Can we add “James Younger Whiskey” as a new bottler so I can add a new whiskey?

Never mind - found the “add bottler” also on my phone view. Weird I did not see it before... too much whisky perhaps.

Is there any logic to Milk & Honey Distillery being listed under M&H on the distillery drop down list?  Sometimes it's not obvious whether the distillery is hiding on the list or is genuinely unknown.  It makes it diffuclt sometimes when submitting bottles.

Thanks.

Milk & Honey is the most difficult distillery on the page.

The distillery itself is listed as "the Milk & honey distillery". And if you dont have "the" before Milk & honey you wont find it.

The distillery is as I said named with the full name even though the distillery officially renamed M&H Distillery so it might be up for change.

The brand is named M&H because thats what the bottle label says so naming it Milk & Honey would therefore be wrong.

Thanks - certainly the most confusing one I've found.

A month back i changed it to "M&H Whisky distillery" as thats the new officiall distillery name. And brand name also still "M&H"

So ive dropped "The milk & honey" as name everywhere. This should keep things more simple happy Im very satisified with this change.
