Heritage Distilling Co.
Nice familly owned distillery with a nice atmosphere. They have a lot spirits like, gin, vodka, rye, bourbon and barley whisky. Something I have never seen is a char barrel finished vodka and a special corn whiskey with apple cider with a cinnamon stick.
When I walked in I came alone and I directly got a tour. After that I almost tasted the whole range including some future to bottle rye and bourbon.
In my idea the distillery looks very promissing. One nice thing to mention is that they have a big still and also 6 small stills to make your own spirit. All stills have a name given after the owners parents and grand parants, so that is how they came up with the Heritage Distilling name.
I will definitly get back in two years to get some more nice whiskey!!
One tip when you want to visit: you have to drive right past the Hotel Inn, because your navigation will let you go further that you need to know. Otherwise klick on the location on map and you will know.
Pay them a visit. My thought it is worth it.
