The only reason I picked Tobermory here is the fact I would buy all of these if they were cheeper.  I just dont see how the cost could go up so much for an extra 3 years sat in a warehouse. Or is this just a case of they can sell them this high so they do?

 Anything over 18 years old from most distilleries is unaffordable for me and even some at 18 I have to have a very good think about it. The amount of unopened bottles I have in my possession at the moment is pi$$ poor  sad

Basically. 30y/o started shooting up, followed by 25's then the 21's now the 18's are next I guess

In my opinion - for my taste - not always the older Whisky is the better one. For example do i prefer the 18 year old Knockando over the 12 or 15 and also 21 year old one

I just found an old whisky order I had from The Whisky Exchange in 2009 

It contained

18yo Glenfiddich

18yo Glenlivet

16yo Aberlour

Clynelish 1992 Distillers Edition

Pittyvaich 1993 G&M CC

Port Ellen 1982 G&M CC

A bottle of Jose Cuervo Tequilla

and a Singleton of Dufftown 12yo   

All for £324
