  1. Tom na Gruagaich scored this whisky 85 points Connoisseur

Exciting Glen Mhor, which has some very idiosyncratic aroma components. That's fun.
    • Nose
very present, oak, slightly musty, ripe ex-bourbon nose, fruits are also there, some citrus, effervescent powder is quite fresh with time, unfortunately, from time to time also a pang of alcohol in the nose. These many oak notes, without the very harsh. After some time, however, the nose is sweeter, a lot of vanilla, does not continue on, but then very nice and no alcohol sting more.
    • Taste
very tart, very warm, lots of spices, pepper, but a bit musty and more specific, like stale orange soda.
    • Finish
first bitter, citrus flavors, this slightly chemical mustiness is also felt here. Something sparkling and in the end more oak and a little menthol.
