    Here's the mint you expect from Rye. But pure it is almost too much alcohol and diluted a little behind. He is quite young, I think.
    • Nose
      Sweet and fruity sour. Amazingly gentle. With water more happens. Mint without end, and hospital corridor. Little wood, a lot of Rye.
    • Taste
      Strong onset, the sour note remains, an explosion of spices in the mouth. Oak, nutmeg, cardamom, pink pepper.
      Milder, tamer, but also less aromatic with water.
    • Finish
      Herb on oak and a few spices. A slight mint note remains.
