For me personal a malty nose and taste as in most of the other "Benriach's" I had before though this is never mentioned in the flavour finder.
    • Nose
All the ingredients to make a nice fruity cake with some vanilla extract.
    • Taste
It's all what was promissed in the nose. It's not a dry cake but a little creamy one with a light peppery touch in the back. Not a very strong body or any other sensation but a pleasant drink you don't have to discuss a lot about.
    • Finish
      Short sweet light spicy finish

recommended. Dram of aperitif and long evenings with friends.
    • Nose
very malty and biscuity. Immediately very greedy, with pastry cream, hazelnuts, vanilla, toffee. A touch of sap, dried straw, hay. The nose is really the highlight of this whisky. Tasted next to ferocious critters like a Laphroaig, he did not disassemble himself. Better, it evolved in short of session. Terrible.
    • Taste
There, the dilution is unfortunately too much. The dram does not hold the length, but is still very pleasant anyway. The kind of bottle that pleases and that ends quickly in good company ... dangerously pleasant. Bitterness a little too much letting (a little) pleasure. The mouth is well below the nose, but no matter overall in the end. At 46 ° or more, this whisky would be just monstrous.
    • Finish
Bitterness fine and leaning. Dry down in the final. It's short.

The nose is above. An acceptable Benriach.
    • Nose
Expressive nose, honey, heather, quite a Highland profile.
A bit of dry cake and traces of yellow fruits.
    • Taste
Always honey, fruits a little green, together that is younger, a little grass. Slightly creamy.
    • Finish
Honest but still a bit short. Peppery finish, woody, with a little honey.
