  1. Tom na Gruagaich scored this whisky 90 points Connoisseur

More classic than the Hart Brothers, but it still has the edge in the mouth
A wonderfully mature classic Lowland malt.
    • Nose
Similar in nose to the 82. Less yellow fruit, more fresh and slightly grassy. Also spicy oak. Candied citrus. Classic Lowland. Ripe and settled.
    • Taste
It's quite strong in the mouth with 56%, but it has a great mouthfeel, dense and aromatic. Grassy floral, honey, yellow fruits. A little citrus, a little herbal lemonade.
    • Finish
And then at some point it will be slightly dry and bitter, but it will take time.
