Almost a high ABV cherry liqueur.
No doubt it is bourbon, still I find it a little unusual for a bourbon. Think the unusual bit is a note of cheap furniture polish. But I like it a lot.
Sweet, vanilla, ginger with a more than average charred wood note.
Thick almost treacle like texture.
Black cherries, charred wood, cinnamon.
Very sweet, and gentle for the ABV.
Due to the thick texture this sticks and lasts past the medium mark.
Sweet charred wood with a small spike of spice.
