- tasted it together with other irish whiskeys and this was the best one ... still not my style
- He smells like a whole fruit basket standing next to a bouquet of flowers, downright perfumed. Otherwise nothing really smells. The taste is like that of a fruit salad with too much sugar for me, plus some artificial touch like a baking flavor. Oak or something is not to be found. The finish is again short and sweet and ... well, nothing. You can drink it, but for me it is not really what. That makes 70 benevolent points
Gentle vanilla with malic acid (Granny Smith). Overall, very fresh and fruity and actually not that bad, if there were not the pungent alcoholic sharpness. That's a pity.
Roasted malt, a certain sweetness is also to be guessed here. Unfortunately, here too the alcoholic sharpness that ruins everything.
Much more than sip and away is not there to pick.
There is not much left, only a very light fruitiness and maltiness. And wait - who would have thought it by nose and taste - alcoholic sharpness, which shows up by unpleasant burning.
- Light but firm and satisfying for everyday drinking.
Medium. Smooth. Sweetish, very toasty, malt character. Well-balanced.
Nice balancing dryness. Leafy.
