    • Nose
fresh, bourbon cask vanilla sweetness with some nice oak notes, grey leather, peeled green grapes, also some apple peel fruit wax, slightly metallic & mineral (granite & concrete ), (88)
A bit later: this turns sweeter &  fruitier with red apples (the fruit as well as its' peel waxyness), white chocolate, starfruit, grapefruit peel, quite farmy as well, fermenting hay and a few splashes of mud & cowdung, previously sunny/dry oak turns wet now and a tad rotten, also some slight hints of tobacco & maybe even some ash ? (90)
    • Taste
surprisingly savoury at first, with a bitter-ish woody side that dissapears/fades out again. Bread-y, leather, cereal, grassy and mineral, then turning sweeter with some vanilla & malty notes, (87)
Later: the savoury-sour-bitter part becomes a bit more balanced and drifts towards salt, but also some sweet vanilla, white chocolate & malt, but less surprises  (86)
Much Later: champagne, heather & beer. Strange. (84)
    • Finish
then warm honey & malt sweetness, very pleasant oak with a slight pricklyness, green & chamomille tea. At the very end, there's some very nice but faint fruit notes again, starfruit, ripe peach and some butterscotch. (88)
Much later: there's a savoury-mineral aspirin note now & the fruits seemed to have dissapeared mostly, also some pleasant mellow honey & vanilla in the tail, (78) and, oh, wait, there's some fruit, even after the honey & vanilla, mutli facetted but even much more timid than before (85)
