    WITH WATER

    Nose - I detect no change

    Palate - Oh wow, its even creamier now on stewed fruit, rich dark chocolate and rich chocolate brownies.

    Finish - Medium, very smooth.

    Believe this is a sherry heads dream, it is so rich and creamy, what a shame there were only 59 bottles.

    From someone who is not a sherry head this is excellent.
    • Nose
      Massive sherry, (oloroso?}  black currant, plump dark raisins, coffee notes, mocha.

      Rum & Raisin ice cream.
    • Taste
      Bittersweet, plum, blood orange, balsamic, after a few mouthfuls its very creamy.

      Long, sweet and creamy
