The Distillery is a part of the family-run farm located deep in the heart of Cornwall.
A hand-beaten Copper pot still, specially made by Forsyths in Scotland is used.
The Barley is grown in Liskeard, before malting and transporting to the St. Austell Brewery. With their expert knowledge, a special ‘mash’ is created and then transported back to the farm, where the final distillation happens.
The whiskey won Jim Murray's 'European Whiskey of the year' in 2013.
Open Daily from 9am with the exception of Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
