About Carsebridge Distillery

Listed as home distiller 1817-18. Converts to grain c1852. In 1885 it had three maize mash tuns and three grain mash tuns. Twentyfive washbacks. One 40,000, four 20,000, seven 30,000, and thirteen 10,000 gallons. Three continuous stills (Coffey).






Carsebridge (SMWS G2). Never officially bottled.


John Bald 1799, John Bald & Co. 1813-18, DCL 1877 and from 1966 Scottish Grain Distillers.
