    The nose is a dream, sooo delicious ... in the mouth then a small spice explosion, the fresh wood says hello, but the vanilla pastry, flower and fruit combo from the nose is here again present. For his barely 12 years he also has an amazingly intense, but very fine finish ... I'm just Lowlander fan, because you can do nothing! ;-)))

      Rose petals, violets and jasmine, vanilla, acacia honey, hay, lemon peel, vanilla kipper, oatmeal, nutmeg, linseed oil, olive oil, white peach, mirabelle plum, apple, galia melon, canned pineapple, ever warmer and more syrupy, more jasmine, more vanilla, some varnish, cardamom , Coconut, a trace of freshly ground coffee beans, then banana and pinewood, buttery, cracked young twigs, mint, marzipan

      spicy with nutmeg, cinnamon, coffee, a little chili, then comes back to the vanilla and the viscous sweetness, vanilla kipper, fresh from the oven, a lot of jasmine tea (black), rose tea, coconut, banana, then only the other fruits are pushing Peach, galia melon, lemon forward, the second sip is leinölig, spicy, sweet, fruity, the fresh cask now fully through, again with coffee and chili and nutmeg; in the background always the syrupy vanilla sweet ... custard, creamy, with coffee beans - a piece of scented butter croissants and warm apple compote with cinnamon ... the lemon appears again, but not dominant, then some licorice and a hint of mint, followed by pine and pineapple (now freshly cut)
