White Oak

White Oak is a Japanese whisky brand produced by Eigashima Shuzo at its White Oak Distillery in Akashi, Hyogo Prefecture. The distillery, established in the early 20th century for sake production, began making whisky in the 1980s. White Oak releases include both blended and single malt expressions, often marketed under the Akashi name in export markets. Production is carried out on a small scale, with a focus on limited batches.
