The Auld Alliance

The Auld Alliance is a Singapore-based whisky bar and independent bottler, launched by Emmanuel Dron in 2010. Situated in the RendezVous Hotel, the venue not only boasts a prestigious back-bar of over 1,500 rare and vintage bottles but also curates and bottles limited single-cask expressions under its own label. Since its inception, they have bottled more than 25 bespoke releases—including celebrated expressions like vintage Port Ellen and rare Littlemill—and distribute them across Asia and Europe. In addition to sampling by the glass, The Auld Alliance engages in bonded warehousing, import, and distribution, cementing its dual role as both premier whisky bar and boutique bottler.
