Hidden Spirits is an Italian independent bottler, founded in 2013 by Andrea Ferrari in Ferrara near Bologna. The company is dedicated to sourcing and selecting single cask Scotch whiskies, often bottling them at cask strength without added colouring or chill-filtration. Their releases are typically limited editions and are organized into several series, including Highproof (cask strength and over eight years old), Classic (single casks over eight years), and Young Rebels (under eight years).
