After attending a Tasmanian Whisky Tour day trip including Lark Cellar door, Redlands Estate (now Old Kempton Distillery), Shene Estate and Belgrove in 2015, my interest in Single Malt whisky has grown to that of a serious enthusiast... and living in Hobart, Tasmania (Australia’s spiritual home of whisky) certainly doesn’t hurt.
