My foremost interests in life is my family, horses, hounds, friends, fishing, chess, fotball, tennis, boxing and skiing. And of course Whisky.

I enjoy good food, wine, beer and whisky. I often have my whisky after a good meal. A whiskey changes caracter depending on what you just ate, the smell in the rom, some smoke from the fire and more.

Eaven the setting may trick your mind into different perceptions. A 100 score whisky, with god friends. Maby a game of chess infront of a nice fireplace. A bonfire at the beach. Coming back to the cabin after some good fishing. Setting the mood is half the experience (as long as you have a glass of 1954 Glenfarclas or 1976 Ardbeg in your hand ;-D).

My favorite whisky distilleries are Glenfarclas, Macallan, Ardbeg and Yoichi.
