I started collecting whisky since 2004, when all the prices seem so reasonable.

I began mostly with Macallan, then Bowmore, and finally decided to buy most distilleries with a 30 year label on it. This went on until around 2010 when the prices were too high for me. I discovered Karuizawa very late, mid 2015 unfortunately, and have only 5 bottles. I have not opened any of my pre-2008 bought bottles and prefer Islay whiskies. Only recently tasted Karuizawa in a bar.
