Whisky afficionado since 1997, whisky collector since a few years after that. Especially of the good stuff, mainly distilled in the 80's and before. 

In 2008 I founded the Dutch Whisky Society, which I chaired for the first 5 years.

I initiated the founding of the Dutch Whisky Fair in 2017 together with 2 friends, and I organised the fair 3 times in 2018, 2019 and 2022. Of course with a lot of Old & Rare whisky stands...

So I quite like the stuff ;-)
