They only serve their own cask strength single cask SMWS-bottlings. The bottles don't state the name of the whisky inside, but a number. You order a whisky on the basis of a number of flavour profiles. Just tell the bartender what flavour you are looking for and he'll find you something.
Had a few drams there. Excellent stuff!
