About Tomatin

Tomatin is a single malt Scotch whisky brand produced at the Tomatin Distillery in the Highlands, south of Inverness. Established in 1897, the distillery was once one of the largest in Scotland, with much of its output going into blends. In recent decades, Tomatin has shifted its focus toward single malt production, offering a range that includes unpeated core expressions as well as limited-edition releases and occasional peated variants. Maturation often takes place in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks, contributing to a soft, fruity Highland style. The distillery is owned by Takara Shuzo of Japan.
