It is without fault, very balanced. Not too mineral, not too fruity.
    Superb. (03/28/2017)

05/11/2020: second try on this bottle. Always so superb. Everything is superbly balanced and fruity. 92

First puff on candied lemon. It is very beautiful.
We continue with Mirabelle plum jam and syrup peach.
It is saline and mineral. Perfect balance.
Light white peppery on cardamom and lemongrass.
      Dew. Pebble.
      Very light toffee.
    • Taste
      93 93
Very light, a small metallic side (we can exclude the OBE given the bottling date).
Always a lemon and citrus side. Well preserved.
      A little Espelette pepper.
      Very mineral. Pebble, limestone.
    • Finish
      92 92
A little apricot finish. Menthol and mineral.
