A rather monomaniac nose. Not monolithic so far, the queen of our orchards knowing how to vary her attire and surprise us more beautiful. The nose is beautiful so the rest is really hard to follow. Too clear and marked by wood (even alcohol). This disturbing side, was erased after a few months. Do not hesitate to put water, it is very powerful.
    • Nose
Many apples and all kinds. Napoleon candy with apple, pink lady apple (sweet yum), caramelized apples, apple juice and apfelstrudel. Echoing the latter, a little muscatel grape and cinnamon. It is fruity, pastry and slightly spicy at the same time while keeping the same thread, no need to tell you which one. Plus a floral side not unpleasant. The whole is pure, straight, delicate.
    • Taste
Hot. Sweet and fruity at first. Then woody and bitterness.
    • Finish
Almond paste, fruity stimulus with apple and muscat grapes. Wooded again. A bit simplistic. Average length. Final between sweet and bitter. After 4 months, the woody disappears little by little and gives way to an intense fruitiness.
