It was the Bishops Arms (old one at Elite) in Helsingborg, and their selection was huge. And always expanding... Of course I named this the BA-project.
I will try to post some of the notes here though, as a peek in the window at whiskies of the past.
The colour of the dram was pure gold and a side note states; A very fresh and plesant nose. A total surprise.
Fruity and flowery. Grass and newly harvested hay. Fresh spring flowers and strawberries. Coconut, malt and butter. Marine.
Medium to full body. Creamy . Bisquits, toffée and mild malt. Peaty. Sweet orange marmelade. Fresh berries.
Long finish. Peat lingers. Creamy, sweet and spicy. Berries... Raspberries.
