- So mine is not at all. Seems immature and boring, almost flawed. You do not really have to bottle something like that.
Notes from a blind tasting.
Panna cotta with yellow fruits immediately after pouring. After plenty of life has not changed profoundly, yellow porridge with vanilla sauce dominated, some yeast and also fermentation notes are present. Incidentally, the acid increases continuously. Heats up a lot more cooked peaches, now a bit cut grass, but there's nothing more to get out there.
Honey, light acid and bitter substances are immediately felt, the alcohol comes slowly and vigorously, underneath lies a breadth, which can be called irritating at best. Is there a peat? I am not conclusive, if only very little, but it would explain some of the "mistakes" or oddities. After another sip I am almost sure that there is some peat on it. By the way, the sweetness on the second sip is already ahead and almost unnaturally strong, but then goes back very quickly, reminiscent of sweetener.
Warms up vigorously and then lingers for a long time in the mouth, everything is entwined around this lousy breadness. How do you say the same? Nice, when it's over.
