What can I say? Actually Muff and Moder dominate the complete tasting. The sulfur is extremely dominant actually overpowers all other flavors. Actually, this malt is very delicious, with me the sulfur and cowshed is almost a little too dominant. Spontaneously, I would tap on your Tamdhu van Wees ....
    • Nose
Blind tasting: musty and moldy, I remind the blindsample a bit of cowshed or decayed wood planks. An interesting note of sulfur permeates the moldy and musty aroma, dark and dried fruits are subtly in the background. With repeated smelling the sulfur becomes more dominant, for me indefinable aroma lies in the background ... The sulphurous nose does not bode well for me ..., the alcohol is intense and powerful. Except musty cowshed there is nothing that could inspire me ....
    • Taste
Powerful and intense, the first sip runs through the palate. The alcohol content is at least 58%, rather higher. Again, the musty and moldy aroma dominates the first impression, dark and dried berries are discreet. A touch of sweetness and a little acid let forget the sulfurous impression for a tiny moment ... And there is again the dominant musty sulfur flavor ...
    • Finish
Over time, a subtly sharp coating has formed on the tongue. The moderate and musty notes of sulfur are extremely dominant in the aftermath, whereby the slight peppery sharpness on the tongue makes the sulfur forget for a moment. Long and powerful remains the sulfur flavor, or the musty cowshed in memory.
