German whisky from the Advent Calendar. The Land of Bavaria. Link to site: https://www.schwane-weingut.de/brennerei Winery and distillery are named Zur Schwane (Swan), but on the whisky are like Schwane (Distillerie). It's a seven-year-old whisky ripening in a barrel on sauternes. Blended in a barrel strength of 54.4%. It's a deal for Berlin's Vocatum store. The filling is also referred to as Fränkischer Single Malt Whisky Batch 3 or Vocatum Whisky. For chaos to be perfect, there are two versions of this limited edition (384 bottles). Below is the newer one, which is currently on the Vocatum store pages. The e-shop site is called Vocatum Whisky - Fränkischer Single Malt. It's really annoyance, making a thread for this whisky. It is good to think, how to call it from about 10 options, it is not above the German ordinance. Next time I order an advent calendar from Bulgaria or Mongolia, I can not go much worse.
Vanilla, lemon peel, grain, sawdust, muesli. Delicate, light aroma, despite the keen strength. (82 b)
The smell of plum brandy (no wonder, however, there are mainly fruit brandy, including slivovitz). Along with the sharpness of alcohol, fresh wood, after long tingling on the tongue, sweetness and creamy woodiness. (84 b)
An interesting whisky that tastes more.
