    N- Intense floral, thick vanilla, toffee and milky chocolate. Fresh grated nutmeg, clove and plum that are very bourbon-ish . Some grassy notes of exotic curry leaf, butter fried nuts. Firm with juicy sourish apple and pear cores, as well popping cola candy.

    P- Lemon and vanilla mousse, clotted cream, fruit drops candy with lush of greasy oak, stiff charred notes, spent matches with hint of burnt lemon peel, sulphur notes emerge overtimes.

    F- Long, warming. Get quite feinty with oily leather, sweet tobacco and toffee buoy with lasting ripe fruits, slightly high pitch bitterish wood. Well describe by the bottler on the label, the lemon, cores of apple and pear excels on this bottling.

    SMWS Tasting Notes

    Flavour Profile: Young & spritely

    Colour: Champagne linen

    A fruity aroma of fresh pears and apples, as well as tined peaches and
    dried apricots, greeted the Panel at first before sweet and tangy notes
    of lemon custard cream cake, lemon curd and homemade jammy dodger
    biscuits appeared. Like a spiced vanilla latte on the palate neat;
    espresso with steamed milk, rich vanilla, cardamom syrup and plenty of
    whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon on top. With a drop of water
    turning into rich smooth profiteroles filled with lemon custard cream
    and a creamy kiwi lemon cheese cake with a pleasant hint of lingering
    liquorice allsorts in the finish.

    Drinking tip: For those sweet secret indulgent moments
