The flavor is slightly simple, and it has no advantage compared to the conventional product line of 10yo.
    • Nose
It is basically the same way as the final 10yo 10proof. The main body is the bourbon barrel, and Shirley's participation is not excluded. The outstanding features are the freshness of the seashore, sodium glutamate, sea breeze, oil and grain smell, rope, grain flour, slightly dull compared to the wine age, peat medium, relatively sweet, red plum, strawberry, and papaya. Looking at the Internet, it is said that it is a combination of two or three barrels, so it is not surprising that it is slightly simple.
    • Taste
The fat is higher than the conventional 46.0% abv 10yo, the peat is fuller, the wheat is richer, the saline, the dry cheese, the orange peel, the tail is a little bitter and the fruit is bitter.
Good, good fat, slightly sweet, no acid, no tannin, no astringency, very slightly bitter, no spicy, no alcohol.
    • Finish
      Better, peat, ginkgo, wheat bran.
