It ’s been said that it ’s too late, but it ’s not necessarily good, but I still miss the young gods like jade. If you can, who would like to face Uncle all day? It seems that Port Ellen in Diageo SR is obviously more pleasant.
    • Nose
Fantastic, this is the first time I have experienced a distinctive maritime flavor in the big / kitten wine, a bit similar to the last version Springbank 10 100 Proof or the high vintage Talisker, but with a cold face, is Reefs or glass bottles that are colder and clearer than shells, I don't know why Serge didn't mention this at all. Big cat's iconic grease and pollen aroma are quite satisfactory, it is said to be a cold and thick place. Then the fruit tune started to work, as if entering the orchard during the harvest season, all kinds of Rosaceae fruits, pears are competing for you, so they are busy. An island is an old lowland, an 80s Japanese version of Genting, but who would think of the 82-year-old cat. But I have to say that drinking too many big cats from the old age is somewhat aesthetically tiring. This one is enough to surprise me.
    • Taste
Pepper, trace salt, a little waxy, and the young buds of the early spring willow that goose yellow. Then came the fruit meeting, ice cream, lemon, strawberry, apple. The tail section is reminiscent of Wuxie's slightly lighter matcha dessert.

Stronger, richer fat, sweet, almost no acid, no astringency, no bitter bottom.
    • Finish
Long, honey, white oak bitter, fruit tea.
