Sweet (a bit chemical; could be a rye!); vanilla, honey. Robust, some nuttiness. Oh, and nail polish.
Could it be a whisky matured in sherry casks? Very nutty. Did I say nuts? I did! Because: nuts. Hazelnut, almond. Spicy as well; spiced biscuit (Dutch: speculaas). Very nice when rolling in the mouth (red fruit), but turns bad when swallowed.
Extremely nutty; almonds galore in the back of the mouth. Spicy biscuit again.
