    The nose is great. Here, the Malt can conceal the alcohol and the young age well. The taste and finish is the alcohol then undiluted by a few numbers too violent. But with water he loses quite a lot of power, which suggests the young age. All in all, I like the malt but.
    • Nose
      pickled walnuts and sultanas; dry sherry and a little dark chocolate; a pleasant spice encloses the aromas; unripe prunes and gingerbread; the alcohol is noticeable but not too intrusive; with time, the sherry becomes more and more clear and it mixes in a slightly fresh note that reminds of lemongrass; with water it gets spicier; the dry sherry now dominates the glass; there is a nice sweetness added;
    • Taste
      now the alcohol is there; again dry sherry and walnuts; However, the alcohol is now so present that I do not taste anything else. In this case, water must be pure, then it will be creamy and nice nutty; again the dry sherry and spicy oak; dark chocolate is added; Overall, the taste is dark and sweet
    • Finish
      (directly with water) short to medium long; spicy and slightly dry; bitter oak; Walnuts and again sherry; the palate stays dry and spicy
