Quite strong, multi-layered and lively dram, one must like sulfur, the finish might be a little longer.
Notes from a blind tasting.
A pigeon told me that he was 8 years old. Great thing! Impressive color for Fino, some do not succeed in 40 years ...

Nose
Oranges and sherry fruits at the beginning, strong, with some sulfur directly behind. After some time, it looks a little sweeter, fuller, but now also has some acidity in the background, the sulfur has manifested on a medium level. Watermelon, bitter orange and peach. When heated, it is even fruity and fresher, but also caramel and floor wax are now developing. At hand temperature, he is then very sweet and full, the acid is beautifully integrated, very appetizing the whole thing.

Taste
Very strong, while honey sweet with clear acidity and a few bitter notes. Everything entwined with each other. At the back he gets a bit salty and the acid gets stronger. With other slips, strong spicy herbs gain more and more weight, especially when it is cooler. The mouthfeel is pleasantly full.

Finish
The finish starts warming and salty, before moving swiftly and sweetly to the bitter side. A hint of smoke? Leaves a mouthfeel like dry red wine.
