ripe, perhaps even overripe fruits, lightly flavored apples, some honey, vanilla, and beautiful old oak flavors that do not kill the whisky. Fruit salad with cinnamon and a little nutmeg. The nose is noticeably old.
-
surprisingly strong for the few percent. Here the oak takes over the dominance. Some sandalwood, slightly tart spices, without becoming too bitter and only a hint of fruit. It still slightly youthful tingling.
-
Tingling, tart, like tonic water, a little bit of menthol, a lot of oak, a touch of fruit, some leather. Towards the end, getting dry. Not too long.
