    nose

    without water

Very waxy looks very old and set. Old books but beef broth. He is changing constantly. Very ripe bananas come to my mind, leather. Ripe apples, cinnamon. Apple strudel with vanilla sauce. This waxiness reminds me a lot of Clynelish.

    Mouth / exit

Oily, the whisky lays over the whole tongue and then presses with his good 55% quite nice and warming down the neck. Very spicy in the taste. The waxiness comes later in the finish.
With a little water he becomes rounder without losing any intensity. Beef boiled beef, apple, cinnamon, custard then a clear spicy wood, darker wood flavors, but accompanied by vanilla flavor. Later comes again the association of leather and the waxiness is much more discreet as I would have thought after the nose. In the finish then come for a short time even fresher citrus flavors. The finish is long.

    Very nice whisky!
