Pleasant smoke, chocolate raisins, plums
Sweet, oak, sherry, smoke
Long, smoky, salty
- Very good Bowmore, pleasant and easy going. Wonderful combination of light smoke and sherry sweetness. Not very complex (if at all) but well balanced and enjoyable.
Sherried, fruity, chocolate, caramel, gentle smoke
Sweet, caramel, red apple, dried figs, smoke touch
Long, warm, sweet, oaky, smoky
- Under PLV considered a very good whisky. Respect.
Very strong, sweet with fruits like prunes. Immediately afterwards comes chocolate cocoa powder and the whole harmonizes wonderfully with the smoke. Can something.
He starts with coffee note and lays with caramel. Fine. He combines the spicy oak from the barrel with the smoke. Balanced.
Getting longer. Remains spicy and sweet on the palate and easily simulates the chocolate on the finish. Slightly bitter.
Smell no smoke, sherry and fruit
The taste is a bit smoke, sweetish floury Nice sherry note
- Give this some time to open up.
Rich sweetness and elegant smoke. A light coffee aroma, vanilla and sherry. Cedar-wood cigar box.
Sweet entry, spicy and smoke. No overpowering peat. Good amount of dry sherry (perhaps a bit much) what leaves you with a dry mouth and a bitter taste in the very end.
Sweet and dry smoky finish. Good dram to finish your day.
