This requires a good 1 hour and more to fully open up, diving right in will be a kick and a punch to the face.
    • Nose
      92 92
Strong nut scent like walnuts or pecan nuts, salad dressing - white creamy Italian with herbs, hmmm herbalicious. Lemon butter and fresh fruit. Most probably apple, pear, white grapes, honeydew and bitter orange.
    • Taste
      91 91
Big, bold, heavy and dense profile consisting of butter, lemon, cream, hay, tarragon and thyme. Sourdough bread is prominent, the taste of fermented barley like the mixture if the mash tuns are fuming out everywhere.

Honey is lacking but theres a sweet and bitter note similar to a manuka honey of 20+ and above. Though, the bitterness is quite sharp, it is still quite vegetative like bittergourds. For this, I would say the finishing would be rather bitter too.
    • Finish
      90 90
Bitter and salty. Very long with an intense sharp sensation of chickpea and nettle tea. Over infused green tea to the point where the water turns piss yellow, tea leaves has been disintegrated releasing the tea leaves very own tannins. An overdose of chlorophyll.
