It is at a good price here in Brazil, a good example to start in the world of Single Malt.

Vanilla, honey, wildflowers, daisies, pineapple and other lighter citrus fruits, alcohol-free and not spicy, just a hint of saffron and chimichurri, white wood in an almost neutral barrel, malt and dry, freshly harvested cereals, light. Very delicate and floral, with some citrus fruits.

With water it releases more honey and vanilla, making it sweeter. The field notes of cereals and flowering weeds are well represented. The old, light barrel is in the background. Sicklegrass, fennel, chamomile reminded me of those expensive Japanese whiskies, but this one has more delivery. Persian lime and some candied fruits. Vanilla again to close.

The label revealed, let's get to the ice: sweet, honey, vanilla, flowers and yellow fruits, some tropical, like mango. Zero alcohol.

The barrel shows itself more, despite the already aged white wood. Malt, cereals, wild flowers, macerated asteraceae, green chamomile, tannins, honey and propolis. The vanilla is very subtle, in addition to the light citrus. The stinginess appeared, but you soon get used to it.

It is alcohol-free with water, but with cereals, honey, flowers, grass, white wood tannins from an old barrel. For those who like this profile, it may appeal, it depends on the cost-benefit.

On ice it is less sweet than in aroma, but maintains the yellow notes, honey, vanilla and grass flowers. Tannic.
    • Finish
      72 72
Dry vanilla, light wood tannins, old barrel, astringent aftertaste with macerated flowers. Average finish. Honey at the end.
