Teaninich has got my attention for some while now and the 1973 but also 1983 vintages are great. This is no exception. Teaninich offers something unique and I think you have to like it or you hate it. But I like it a lot!

Like eating honey drizzled lychees from a melon bowl in a sunny day laying in sun dried grass. I love this style of whisky!

Fresh ripe melon, sweet pears, honey, a little bit grassy. Bottles at just the right age. Great! Not overly complex but that doesn't matter at all.

Medium to long finish, could be a little bit longer but still good enough. Grassy, sweet, touch of wood. Just enough to cut through the sweet style and make it a little bit more interesting.
