Delicate, with a beautiful quiet strength. Subtle and delicate.
    • Nose
On the nose, vanilla pods are revealed in the wax of a melting candle. Organic and vegetal on a sweet land, on which we have just cut grass and caramelized. A scent in the distance brings us a little laurel. Apple/pear in pome fruit but also melon and mango on the tropical side.
    • Taste
Mouth on a creamy citrus fruit (lemon/grapefruit) with a delicate, very light cold ash, melted in the wax, but which increases in intensity depending on how long you keep the swig in your mouth. Diluted mango and guava, very fresh tropical fruits.
    • Finish
Finish on grapefruit peel with a tiny bitterness, floral on drier grass than on the nose and a bit of fern growing in the shade of a large tree. Small pleasant woodiness sometimes enlivened by a cold tobacco smoke escaping from the cracks.

First of all a nice dry peat, then ashy vanilla, liquid honey, citrus fruits. Typical of the distillery but deeper, very balanced. Then it goes to polish, pomade, wood wax. Then the vanilla arrives, giving the whole a nice fullness. And the honey dripping everywhere, we lick our fingers. Enhanced with iodine. Medicinal touch. Exotic fruits, coconut, papaya. Lemon concentrate. It's intense. There it is more on fishing, very fruity. Lemon tart, cheesecake. Frosted lemon. Very smooth smoke. Intensely fruity, slightly peppery palate. Mint leaf. Cereal touch. Ether. Cooling liquid. The spice comes out on the end, but it's also a bit watery. Very long finish, quite fresh, fluorinated, earth and cola, wine red, heather, fine sand, a pinch of charcoal. Oak Leaf.
