    Legs: Fast medium

Light and easy to drink. This is a summer distillation and it suits it in style.
    • Nose
Grassy & fruity with a touch of malt behind. Apple pie? Dust.
    • Taste
Earthy & richer than the nose suggests. Baked apples?  White pepper spiciness. Some very light smoke.
    • Finish
Medium long with lots of white pepper and a little smokiness

  3. Sir Provenance scored this whisky 87 points Expert Senior

Original tasting Notes:Light gold in colour, it noses well on uncorking the bottle being full of home- baking and warm kitchen smells. The body is light, the palate reflecting these baked-cake flavours evident earlier, and the long finish is pleasurably dry, smoky and lightly spiced.
