The Shirley barrel is too non-existent, and the flavor is far inferior to OB's 1971 32yo. The wine is too strong, but it can also be attributed to the higher alcohol of 13%. It is recommended that these two wines are mixed together to drink. Better.
    • Nose
To be honest, it smells like a 70s bourbon barrel. The rich aroma of wheat and oil, chamomile, vanilla, square cake, amber, powder, brownie, banana peel, coconut milk jelly, apricot, resin, cheese, are more full and strong than the high age of OB. The peat is slightly heavier than the common cloud tops, clear and cold, camphor, sea salt, minerals, sweet tobacco leaves, and green grass. I saw someone said it was a fino sherry bucket, but it was not obvious, pulpy yogurt, citrus, passion fruit, slightly sour yeast dough.
    • Taste
If you don't consider 35yo, it's pretty mediocre, with no shortcomings and no bright spots. The oak element is really not much, and the sherry barrel element is better than nothing. The highlight is the chopped tobacco, slightly bitter, slightly salty, and sparkling. Then there are the citrus fruits, sea salt soda, wheat fragrant oil and cheese ore, which are commonplace in Genting, which is slightly boring.

Stronger, better fat, sweeter, may have tannins, slightly sour, slightly astringent, slightly bitter, non-spicy, and non-alcoholic.
    • Finish
For longer, matcha ice cream, peat, fruit tea, salt and pepper, crushed tobacco, beeswax.
