T: Nicely balanced sherry arrival which doesn’t do too much, Some wood spices develop but overall it theres a gentle yet vibrant presence on the palate.
F: Sherry turns to a distinctive pistachio and eventually back to sherry again, this time with caramel & wood and a [bitter] port like concentration to finish.
C: Neat presentation. Fairly simple, displaying some quality spirit & cask and the odd nutty surprise.
