  1. Calmar scored this whisky 88 points Connoisseur

Pleasant and light, but at the same time very full-bodied and rather complex whisky, combining airy floral-honey, citrus and tropical beginnings with caustic industrial-mineral derivatives.
    • Nose
Open, dry, light floral shades, lemon and orange peel, mineral tones - chalk, gypsum, dry plaster, stone dust; dry hardwood boards, some tobacco and hard candy.
    • Taste
Powerful, rich, bright woody notes, a little astringency of young bark, pepper wave, floral and honey notes, candied citrus fruits, lemon zest, pungent mineral shades, slight metallic sourness, as if you are trying a battery with your tongue; tobacco, radish, industrial textiles.
    • Finish
Light, refreshing, oak, tobacco, light sour-sweet candy notes, leather goods, industrial textiles, a bit of floral-honey shades and tropical fruit compote.
