A very representative work of the winery, but I still don’t know what it means for those people to install bourbon single barrels?
    • Nose
It is the best appearance in the lowlands, soft and cute, yellow peach, fruity freshener, blueberry cheesecake, croissant, butter, Swiss roll, slightly sharp, plant callus, lemon, citrus, banana, apple mulled wine, high Sweet and low sour.
    • Taste
It's a bourbon barrel, citrus, bright yellow fruit, compound juice, cake crumb, vanilla, licorice, milk foam, turpentine, ginkgo, with matcha and stems and leaves in the back.

Normal, normal fat, medium sweet, no sour, no astringency, little bitterness, no pungency, no alcohol.
    • Finish
Longer, white oak, table salt, tartary buckwheat, peel (grape, red apple).

Smell: yellow peach cheese, citrus cream roll, smell can only be described as "warm and soft". The fluffy feeling is obvious, the fluffy cream powder, milk fat, grapefruit, the clear mineral, the mare's milk, the soft new leaves, and the roundness of some oils. 92/100
Taste: plump tropical fruit and citrus juice. Orange, bergamot, peach, passion fruit, cheese mousse, mango sorbet, pineapple juice, vanilla, dry oak. Quite full, smooth and smooth entrance experience. 93/100
Body: oily, more condensed, with a sense of wrapping 92/100
Ending rhyme: grapefruit, Wulian, Red Fuji, wood shavings 91/100
Overall: 92/100, even if I drink it for the second time, the amazing feeling is not lost at all, bravo!

fruit, sweet compote, vanilla, banana and sour candy
    candied and sweet lime zest
velvety sweetness on the fruit syrup box, the juice from the bottom of the box, a little buttered and caramelized
poached fruits, returned with sugar, on yellow fruits, a little banana, especially pineapple juice, a little peach whose skin, a little bitterness of the grapefruit skin, a little grassy return , end
sweet, fruity (lemon, pineapple, peach), the sweet and pleasant bitterness of the grape skins and the juice that comes out of it, diffuse scents of fruit that last.

    Tasting Notes by Serge V. (, march 17, 2014):

    Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Classic passion fruits and mangos, with a slice of banana, two quarters of tangerine and a little apple juice. Hold on, or sweet rosé cider like they now make in Brittany. No more, no less, and that’s already more than enough.

Mouth: The fruitiness is really huge, it’s actually one the most extreme fruitbombs from Littlemill I could taste, and I’ve tasted a few. It’s actually plain fruit juice, around multi-vitamin and peach/maracuja. The alcohol is only of passing interest in this context.

Finish: Quite long, now grassier, which is rather an asset as it balances the whole and makes your palate cleaner and fresher. Grapefuit skin.

Comments: A very impressive Littlemill. I had feared the source had dried up, I was wrong, apparently.

If you like dry fruitiness (think of 60ies Bourboncask-Bowmore, 70ies Caperdonich or 1981 Lochside) , you will love this Littlemill.
    • Nose
starts on citrus notes, especially lime rind and bergamot, than moves towards light fruits like gooseberries and peaches with some additional herbs (peppermint, Ysop) in the back and faint overtones of elderflower blossoms
    • Taste
very fruity and juicy (mainly white currant now), refreshing, dry riesling of the highest quality, acidic, some harmoniously integrated tannins
    • Finish
a long decrescendo, a pleasent dry fruitiness stays in the mouth
