    Interesting grain with the
nose as the best part. Pity of that softly soapy, lavender-y note on the palate.
    • Nose
      Very creamy and honeysweet
nose on all kinds of honey, sweetened breakfast cereals, white chocolate with
popped rice (Galak Popri, anyone?) and deep fried donuts. Some Sirop de Liège.
Honeysweet, I have said it before.
    • Taste
      Despite the high ABV, this
is quite quaffable. Does not scorch in the least. Creamy and mouth coating, for
sure. The spiciness is very soft. Next to honey, I also get citrusy notes. It
also has a small chemical edge, like varnish. Or lavender. Becomes somewhat
green, if you get my meaning.
    • Finish
      The finish is soft and
lingers, but remains honeysweet, while the emphasis is on the green notes. Grasses,
      maybe?
