Maybe a young malt, in any case it is well done, it is very refreshing but it lacks complexity.
    • Nose
Fresh fruit salad with mainly pear and peach. Honey too, but it's much lighter. Some traces of alcohol, but the whole remains delicate and without being transcendent. At aeration, it evolves to exotic fruits (pineapple) and there it becomes very nice.
    • Taste
The mouth is more present, more powerful than the nose. Again, there is a lot of fresh fruit. It's very straight, a mineral hair. Not a stunning complexity.
    • Finish
Long on pastry notes (tarte tatin, butter biscuits).
