- Blind tasting. Sorry, not my cup of tea.
However I did like his brother #800031 from Blackadder.
Sweaty, corn, malty, vanilla and bitter. Oily, rubber and cheap leather! Pine wood, popcorn, nuts and citrus.
Rubber, oily, pine raisin and pepper.
Vanilla, peat, briny and soapy.
Quite a lot of sulphur. Toffee filled with chocolate. Dark cherry and liquorice. Then baked beef with salt and curry. With water some chocolate milk (perhaps a little over-date) and orange. In other words, quite some pretty uncommon notes in there.
Very spicy. Pepper, peat, clove, dark chocolate, toffee, apple, cherry, orange, salami and gingerbread. With a few drops of water raspberry comes up.
Now mainly peat. Dark chocolate, gingerbread, pepper, curry and liquorice.
- There were extraordinary many grains of charcoal near the bottom of the bottle. If Blackadder really does what it states on its labels, then all the other bottles in this bottling will show the same.
